We real cool

 Today in class we read a poem called “We Real Cool” which was about 7 kids who skipped school to go play pool. We analyzed the poem and decided what is cool and what is not cool to us. We then took a position on whether breaking rules shows confidence or masks insecurity. This was helpful for understanding how to better make claims and include evidence. Today was a good day.
